Primary Responsibilities: Creates, develops, implements, and conduct training and development programs for the organization. Promotes a continuous improvement culture through the identification of gaps and opportunities in materials, methods, and technology. Additionally, the T&D Specialist will be expected to identify and utilize in-house developmental/training program(s), as well as maintain relationships with internal and external vendors and resources. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting and isolating performance gaps with business leaders and the Training & Organizational Development Manager; and embedding the appropriate interventions. Furthermore, this role will consult with management on program effectiveness, in addition to tracking, trending, and reporting progress against training goals. The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
