Primary Responsibilities:

Creates, develops, implements, and conduct training and development programs for the organization. Promotes a continuous improvement culture through the identification of gaps and opportunities in materials, methods, and technology. Additionally, the T&D Specialist will be expected to identify and utilize in-house developmental/training program(s), as well as maintain relationships with internal and external vendors and resources. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting and isolating performance gaps with business leaders and the Training & Organizational Development Manager; and embedding the appropriate interventions. Furthermore, this role will consult with management on program effectiveness, in addition to tracking, trending, and reporting progress against training goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of training or organizational development experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Articulate360 or other course software. Experience with LMS administration
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, problem solving, and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related area
  • Training or Human Resources Professional Certification (CPTD, APTD, PHR, SHRM-CP)
  • Healthcare experience
  • Experience with PeopleFluent LMS

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
