Responsibilities Overseesfield personnel, daily/weekly schedules, and construction operations. Schedules all earthwork, roadwork, or other self-performed work and coordinates field crews through directives given toforemen. Collaborates with other Superintendents and subcontractors. Closelymonitorscommunicatesrisks, status etc. in project review meetings. Assist Engineers with quantities and productions. Establishes and promotes asafetyculture. Ensureslabor, equipment and materialsaremaintained, protected,securedand used atoptimumefficiencyand cost effectiveness. Coaches and provides on-the-job training to crews. Manages employees by mentoring, coaching, providingfeedbackand assessing performance. Evaluatesemployee'sperformance. Performs other duties as assigned.
