Local CDL A Hazmat Driver

Staffmark is seeking a dedicated Local CDL A Hazmat Driver to join our team in Birmingham, AL. This position offers excellent opportunities with great pay, immediate benefits, and the opportunity to be home daily!

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Details

• $27.00 per hour
• Paid weekly (every Friday!)
• Plus overtime

Schedule

• Local Delivery Runs | Home Daily
• Monday - Friday | 6 AM - Done

Requirements:

• A valid Class A driver's license with hazmat
• Previous experience with a Class A license
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening(s)
• Clear FMCSA Clearinghouse
• Non-Excepted Interstate
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Clear MVR
• Liftgate and electric pallet jack experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Stops are a mix of docks and liftgate deliveries, with about 70% being dock deliveries
• All of our tractors are automatics
• Trailers range from 32' to 53'
• Good customer service skills are a must for this position
