Daily Responsibilities

• Apply transfer tape, masking, stencils, and artwork to products per job specifications
• Prepare product surfaces to ensure they are clean, dust-free, and properly aligned
• Review production orders, artwork layouts, and customer specifications for accuracy
• Operate basic hand tools, taping tools, masking tools, and positioning fixtures
• Inspect applied materials for proper placement, air bubbles, wrinkles, and defects
• Coordinate with engraving and sandblasting teams to maintain smooth production flow
• Track production counts and maintain required job and quality documentation
• Safely handle fragile items such as glass or crystal throughout the process
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines
• Assist with additional production tasks, including cleaning, packaging, and labeling, as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Entry-level position; training provided
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Steady hands and comfort working with delicate materials
• Dependable, punctual and team-oriented mindset

Schedule & Pay

Pay Rate:

• $18.00 per hour

Shift:

• First Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:45 PM
