Salary: $60,000

Schedule: Must be open to most shift times, including working weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store by adapting your schedule to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Employ strong verbal and written communication skills to foster effective relationships within the team.
• Be available to respond to security calls and alarm notifications outside store operating hours.
• Participate in shared housekeeping responsibilities, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the showroom, stock area, bathrooms, office, and break areas.
• Perform maintenance duties on the stockroom and sales floor.
• Lift and carry boxes up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience with direct reports
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and email)
• Cash handling experience
• Familiarity with POS systems such as KWI
