Staffmark is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales team within a defined region. This role is perfect for someone who excels at building client relationships, mentoring teams, and using data-driven insights to fuel growth. You'll work closely with Account Managers to meet goals, support customer success, and drive revenue-all within a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do



  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve sales goals and maintain exceptional client relationships.
  • Analyze KPIs, sales metrics, and customer data to uncover growth opportunities and track performance.
  • Ensure ongoing client engagement and high levels of satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and HR to launch initiatives and resolve customer issues.
  • Manage accurate reporting of sales activity, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Juggle multiple priorities while fostering a high-performance, team-oriented culture.



What You Bring



  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, territory management, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales reporting, and data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth, improving team performance, and building client relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sales tools.
  • Travel Required
