Daily Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and plant equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
• Install, align, and test new machinery and equipment
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Conduct equipment inspections to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and safety teams on continuous improvement
• Ensure all maintenance work follows safety policies and regulatory standards
• Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns to support continuous operations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of mechanic or industrial maintenance experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems; exposure to hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems preferred
• Ability to read and understand schematics and technical documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety

Schedule & Pay

Pay Rate:

• $20.00 per hour

Shift:

• First Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
