What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll set up, operate, and maintain mailing and inserting equipment while ensuring that every job meets company and postal standards. This is a perfect opportunity for a detail-oriented, reliable worker looking to build a long-term career in print production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate mailing inserter equipment to meet production goals
• Schedule and coordinate workloads for inserting, metering, and sorting mail
• Follow all postal regulations and internal quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Monitor production runs for accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Complete production reports and track job progress

What You'll Need

• Entry-level position - training provided
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entire 8-hour shift
• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Knowledge of postal regulations preferred
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and safety conscious
