Bring Your Tools & Talent

• 3+ years of industrial or mechanical maintenance experience, with electrical troubleshooting.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC).
• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and PLCs.
• Able to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Skilled with tools such as calipers, micrometers, multimeters, and hand tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in tight spaces or elevated areas.
• Comfortable in noisy, dusty, or high-temperature environments.

Day in the Life: Mechanical Maintenance Technician

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery to reduce downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in equipment (e.g., conveyors, motors, pumps).
• Conduct alignment, lubrication, and calibration of machinery.
• Maintain and repair auxiliary equipment like compressors and HVAC systems.
• Replace or rebuild worn parts (e.g., bearings, belts, chains).
• Coordinate with operations to schedule maintenance and minimize disruptions.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including motors, PLCs, and wiring.
• Use electrical schematics to resolve malfunctions and ensure safety standards.
