Pay: $25 - $26 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and optimize daily routing plans to support outbound shipments and inbound materials.
• Review customer orders, shipping documents, and production schedules to plan transportation needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers, transportation partners, and drivers.
• Troubleshoot delivery or routing challenges and make adjustments to ensure timely arrival of materials.
• Track and monitor shipments, proactively communicating delays or changes to internal stakeholders.
• Enter and maintain accurate routing information in ERP and logistics management systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to prioritize and schedule pick-ups, transfers, and deliveries.
• Analyze route efficiency, fuel usage, and transportation costs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all routing activities meet safety, compliance, and company policy standards.
• Maintain accurate logs, files, and documentation required for audits and internal reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics routing, dispatching, transportation coordination, or a related role.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with routing software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong multitasking ability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused when unexpected challenges arise.
