What You'll Do (The Fun Stuff & The Important Stuff):

As the Program Manager, you'll direct and supervise the operations of our intermediate residential and/or day service programs. You're the key to ensuring quality services are delivered and that we're meeting the needs of the people we support.



  • Lead a Stellar Team: You'll be responsible for hiring, training, supervising, coaching, and developing staff. Help us maximize employee engagement!
  • Be a Service Delivery Superstar: Oversee the quality of programmatic, health, and habilitative services to ensure personalized services and necessary supports are provided.
  • Operational Excellence: You'll help develop the program budget, monitor revenue and expenses, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Licensing readiness is always a priority!
  • Grow with Us: Coordinate and/or participate in activities that lead to agency growth and the improvement of services.
  • Connect & Communicate: Establish and maintain open communication with staff, people served, and their families/guardians






SCHEDULE: Salaried, generally Days, on call responsibilities with hours will be based on the needs of the department. This can include weekends, evenings and overnights.

Requirements
What You Bring (Knowledge, Skills & Experience):

We're looking for someone with the skills and passion to lead, problem-solve, and adapt!


Your Background:

Experience: A minimum of four years of experience in a related field, with supervisory or management experience required.


Education (Bonus Points!): A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred, but we'll consider experience in lieu of education.


Certifications (Must Have!): You must be certified in CPR, Certified Medical Specialist (40hr), and First Aid.


Certification (Nice to Have!): Bonus if you are a certificated QIDP.


Your Skills:


  • Knowledge of contractual and licensing guidelines.



  • Skill in working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.



  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize potential problems and provide solutions.



  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner.



  • Ability to hire and train staff and supervise in a positive manner.



  • Ability to read financial reports and translate fiscal information into operational decisions.



  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment
