Location: Bentonville, AR

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

Sample Management & Preparation



  • Receive, identify, label, and log incoming samples according to standardized laboratory procedures.
  • Safely store and handle samples to maintain integrity and prevent contamination.


Laboratory Testing & Quality Analysis



  • Perform a variety of hardline product tests, following established testing protocols and quality standards.
  • Determine appropriate test methods based on sample type and project requirements.
  • Operate laboratory instruments and equipment with precision.


Data Entry, Reporting & Documentation



  • Accurately record test data, measurements, and observations in laboratory systems.
  • Prepare clear and organized test reports for internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain compliance with QA/QC procedures, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.


Communication & Support



  • Communicate test results and answer follow-up questions related to data or methodology.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of testing projects.


Safety, Compliance & Equipment Maintenance



  • Follow all laboratory safety protocols, PPE requirements, and handling guidelines.
  • Clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate performance.
  • Maintain detailed logs of equipment use, maintenance, and daily lab activities.


Continuous Improvement & Technical Development



  • Stay up-to-date on new testing methods, industry standards, laboratory technologies, and best practices.
  • Contribute to improvements in testing accuracy, workflow efficiency, and lab operations.


Qualifications



  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Laboratory Science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on laboratory experience.
  • Previous experience as a Lab Technician, QA Technician, or Laboratory Assistant preferred.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory testing procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices.
  • Ability to accurately document and interpret test results.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Proficient with laboratory instruments, calibration processes, and general lab tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a lab team.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with advances in product testing and analytical technologies.
