Document any new processes Work with the customer to address needs and requests. Test what the customer is reporting or requesting. Relay the details in the ticket and work with programmers and technical staff. Required Qualifications Experience in IT, troubleshooting, ticket handling, coding, etc. Able to lift 25 lbs.
