Granite Hills Hospital offers high-quality, patient centered behavioral health care for the greater Milwaukee community. Our 120-bed facility will feature evidence-based treatment for adolescents, adults, and older adults. We are looking for looking for an IT Specialist to join our team. The IT Specialist, provides technical support for networking technologies for administrating and managing the setup, maintenance, repairing work of network systems and system components. The analyst must resolve and troubleshoot any malfunctions involved with networks or network components. The analyst must troubleshoot any malfunctions with the phone and camera systems. Qualifications The IT Specialist position requires: Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. A minimum of two (2) years' experience in information services (experience to a networked (i.e. Ethernet) environment and supporting IBM AS/400 operations) is required. Other relevant credentials may be accepted at the discretion of the CEO and Director of Human Resources. Additional Requirements: Must be able to work with minimal supervision. May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.
