Program Manager Location:Remote Job ID: #71888 Duration: 12+ months contract Pay Range: $75-85 - W2 hourly The deadline to apply is 12/26/2025 Job Description: The Digital Technology Program Management Team is currently searching for a seasoned financial professional who can work independently and as a part of a team, supporting the financial reporting and analysis of the digital technology organization, including individual projects. Primary Responsibilities: * Interact with Digital Technology Finance, Digital Technology, as well as leadership within the DT organization * Work closely with DT leadership and the finance team to perform and manage planning, actuals and forecasting deliverables * Compile, analyze, and report business DT spend actuals and collaborate with DT leadership and finance teams to accurately forecast future spend * Support and partner with DT leadership to achieve operating plan and drive actions to support * Perform financial month end close and forecast activities * Analyze actual results and provide guidance for short/long-term financial improvements * Provide support for the Long-Range Plan and AOP process * Identify and drive continuous improvements of key processes * Monitor headcount, capital and other activities as needed * Help maintain effective internal controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, USG Accounting and Trade Compliance Regulations Basic Qualifications: * This position requires advanced knowledge of financial planning typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience * Ability to compile, analyze, interpret and present complex financial information * Finance experience related to financial planning & analysis in a highly matrixed organization * Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) * Must be a US Citizen OR U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder Preferred Qualifications: * A University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience * Prior SAP experience * Proven leadership in related positions * Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills * Ability to flexibly work in a dynamic and changing environment while managing multiple priorities * Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines * Self-guided and self-motivated, ability to work with limited oversight Benefits provided:401K,medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law.
