Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist the CRM Manager with internal audits, record / documentation preparation, the audits/inspections themselves, and implementing the corrective actions related to the findings of the regulatory agencies for both Liquids and Intrastate Gas. * Maintain process and documentation for CRM requirements for both the Liquids and Intrastate Gas groups by providing guidance to the CRM Sr. Specialists (i.e. Alarm Management, Fatigue Mitigation, Incident Investigation, Workload Study, Console split/combine justification, Pipeline performance...etc.) * Maintain SharePoint site for Alarm Management projects to house various aspects (i.e. Safety Related alarm reporting, HI-HI reports, Alarm Search, Master Alarm Database, navigation to CRM documents, PHMSA audit and various others) * Maintain Master Alarm Database and perform audit functions to ensure compliance with CRM recommended practices. * Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports demonstrating and documenting on-going compliance with CRM Alarm Management regulations. * Serve as the application SME for the CRM group. * Assume proper use of the Alarm Description Standard but revieing the configuration sheets when compared to SCADA's database.
