What You'll Do
Sustain 24/7 manufacturing operations, utilizing working knowledge of mechanical, electrical,and controlssystems to respond toescalationsandquicklyresolveequipment failures oraddressqualityconcerns. Employ structured problem-solving techniques tocontain, root-cause, andeliminatefailure modes
Take ownership of manufacturing processes, analyzing performancemetricsandoptimizingequipment to maximize safety and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), driving world-classprocess quality and manufacturing capacity.Collaborate with Control, Process, and Quality Engineers todrive continuousimprovementprojectstooptimizeproduction lineserviceability,reliability,throughput,andprocesscapability
Lead the design,development,and deployment ofequipment upgrades or installation, coordinating with internal teams or external integrators.Develop andmaintainequipment and process documentation such asEquipment Maintenance Specifications, safety guidelines,BOMs, schematics,and operation procedures.Conduct risk assessments for equipment under development and lead safety buyoffs before launch
What You'll Bring
Practical experience with the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and systems, including conveyors, pneumatics, servos,and automatedfasteningordispense. First-hand experience with specific equipment manufacturerssuch as SEW, Atlas Copco,Chroma,CTS, etc.ispreferred
Experience commissioning and improvingmanufacturing equipment.Demonstrated track recordof Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement, strong problem-solving skills,and an aptitude for learning systems quickly. Knowledge ofstructured problem-solving techniques such as DMAIC, Ishikawa, Five Why (5W) or Eight Disciplines (8D)
Capacity forself-motivation andgoodjudgment,comfort withmanaging a broad scope of responsibilitieswitha strong emphasis on teamwork.Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, complemented by proven project management experience

Expected Compensation
$86,400 - $178,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
