What You'll Do Sustain 24/7 manufacturing operations, utilizing working knowledge of mechanical, electrical,and controlssystems to respond toescalationsandquicklyresolveequipment failures oraddressqualityconcerns. Employ structured problem-solving techniques tocontain, root-cause, andeliminatefailure modes Take ownership of manufacturing processes, analyzing performancemetricsandoptimizingequipment to maximize safety and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), driving world-classprocess quality and manufacturing capacity.Collaborate with Control, Process, and Quality Engineers todrive continuousimprovementprojectstooptimizeproduction lineserviceability,reliability,throughput,andprocesscapability Lead the design,development,and deployment ofequipment upgrades or installation, coordinating with internal teams or external integrators.Develop andmaintainequipment and process documentation such asEquipment Maintenance Specifications, safety guidelines,BOMs, schematics,and operation procedures.Conduct risk assessments for equipment under development and lead safety buyoffs before launch Partnerwith Maintenance Technicianson servicing and improving manufacturing equipment. Collaborateon theimplementationor improvement ofPreventive and Corrective Maintenanceprocedures and provide training on the critical skills necessary for equipment repair or modification What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred Mechanical or Mechatronic), or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of experience in an automated, fast-pacedmanufacturing environments, including exposure to safety best practicesand change management systems Strong mechanical design and analysis skills, engineeringmechanicsand kinematics fundamentals. Experience with 3D CAD designand tooling manufacturing;SolidWorksrequired Practical experience with the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and systems, including conveyors, pneumatics, servos,and automatedfasteningordispense. First-hand experience with specific equipment manufacturerssuch as SEW, Atlas Copco,Chroma,CTS, etc.ispreferred Expertisewithreadingand interpretingmechanical drawings and electrical schematics. Working familiarity with automation control systems PLC/HMI/SCADA (preferably Siemens with TIA portal or Beckhoff) androbot troubleshooting (preferably FANUC) Experience commissioning and improvingmanufacturing equipment.Demonstrated track recordof Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement, strong problem-solving skills,and an aptitude for learning systems quickly.
