Join Triumph!

At Triumph, our vision is a world where freight transactions are accurate and seamless on the most modern and secure freight transaction network. That's why we're looking for passionate, innovative, solutions-oriented people to join our team. We thrive on providing exceptional customer service and we look for team members with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion to build successful partnerships with our clients. Because at the end of the day our goal is to help our partners businesses run better.

About the Role:
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Contract Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key contributor responsible for overseeing and executing contract lifecycle management across a range of commercial agreements. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and play an active role in shaping outcomes, exercising independent judgment on contract terms and risk mitigation, and driving timely execution of agreements.

You'll be supported by best-in-class resources including our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform and a Senior Contract Specialist, so this is not a single-handed compliance role, but an opportunity to influence process and make decisions that matter.

This is a hybrid position on a 4/1 schedule

What You'll Do

  • Lead contract review and negotiation across a variety of sales, partner, and enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Perform detailed contract redlining to optimize terms while managing risk.
  • Independently analyze and resolve contract issues, making informed recommendations that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Risk) to understand business needs and align contract outcomes.
  • Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and best practice guidelines informed by industry standards and business context.
  • Ensure all executed agreements are compliant with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Use our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to track, manage, and report on contract status and performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience drafting, negotiating, and redlining contracts.
  • Strong ability to make independent decisions on contract terms in consultation with business partners.
  • Experience with a CLM platform and process improvements is a plus.
  • Ability to balance detail-orientation with big-picture business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills - legal, commercial, and technical - with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Why This Role?

This role is ideal for someone who wants to step beyond administrative contract management into a trusted, strategic partner role. You'll be empowered to shape contracts, influence risk strategy, and work collaboratively with a high-performing team - not operate as a lone compliance gatekeeper.

You'll also benefit from a supportive work environment and a hybrid schedule (4/1), giving you both collaboration and flexibility.

We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, 401k and much more.
