Senior Accountant (BOND Civil & Utility)

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze monthly G&A reports, highlighting variances against budget and presenting findings to management
• Generate monthly Garage and Warehouse reports with variance analysis for leadership review
• Monitor cash flow activities and develop weekly cash forecasts in collaboration with project teams
• Produce and distribute weekly and monthly financial reports for senior leadership
• Develop and maintain project-specific staff billing rate tables
• Manage intercompany invoicing as part of month-end procedures
• Assist with year-end audit preparation and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill auditor requests
• Support project teams during job-specific audits
• Respond to ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from the CFO and Controller

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in accounting or finance role
• Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, compliance, and reporting
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, advanced Excel skills preferred
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Experience in construction accounting preferred
