Are you ready to make a difference in a dynamic environment where customer service, quality, integrity, and accountability are at the heart of everything we do? We're looking for a passionate Human Resources Specialist to help us create a culture where employees are engaged, empowered, and committed to providing superior treatment to our clients! What You'll Do: Collaborate with local leadership teams to foster a culture of excellence and compassion. Recruit & Staff: Write and place job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and lead new-employee orientations. Administer HR Plans: Implement and communicate personnel policies and procedures for all company personnel. Performance Management: Ensure timely feedback and performance reviews for all employees. Set Up Operations: Establish HR day-to-day operations in new locations or during acquisitions. Coordinate Benefits: Work with our Benefits Administrator to ensure accurate and timely communication of benefit information. Be the Point of Contact: Address employee concerns and collaborate with management to resolve issues. Coach Managers: Advise on handling employee issues and ensure fair treatment in compliance with the law. Maintain Records: Keep department records and reports compliant with regulatory and licensing bodies. Timely Reporting: Complete all reporting requirements accurately and on time. HRIS Management: Accurately enter new employees into the HRIS and update information throughout their tenure. Administer Leave: Handle workers' compensation, FMLA, and leave of absence information promptly. Qualifications Experience: 7+ years of human resources generalist experience. Certification: PHR or Human Resources Certificate preferred. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the health care industry and/or residential treatment field preferred. Legal Expertise: Subject matter expert on federal and state-specific employment and wage and hour law. Tech-Savvy: Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of Joint Commission and state regulatory requirements as they relate to Human Resources. Ready to make a difference?
