About the Role

SafeRise is a fast-growing construction safety equipment rental company specializing in engineered hoistway and leading-edge protection systems targeting the Top 100 General Contractors in the U.S. and Canada. We are seeking a high-performing Construction Equipment Sales Executive to grow rental and purchase revenue while overseeing regional operations across the Southeast U.S. This remote role is ideal for someone with strong construction sales experience who enjoys building relationships, visiting job sites, and owning territory performance.

Responsibilities

Drive rental and sales growth with Top 100 General Contractors
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with clients and influencers
Conduct regular job site and client visits throughout the region
Manage forecasting, reporting, and territory planning
Partner with logistics team to ensure smooth equipment deliveries and pickups
Provide installation training to contractor teams as needed
Support SafeRise's reputation for reliability, responsiveness, and safety leadership

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience in commercial construction
Experience with rental equipment, elevator industry, or specialty safety products is a strong plus
Major commercial general contractor contacts is a strong plus
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Willing to travel 50%+ within the Southeast region
Bachelor's degree or extensive industry experience preferred
