Responsibilities

Exciting Opportunity: Revenue Cycle Operations Manager!

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for optimizing cash flow and building strong relationships? We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Manager to lead our cash posting, accounts receivable, and collections teams! If you have strong managerial skills, critical thinking abilities, and a knack for data analysis, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Hire & Train: Recruit and onboard new members for the cash posting, accounts receivable, and collections teams.

Strategic Development: Create and implement operational strategies to manage outstanding insurance and client accounts receivable.

Oversee Operations: Supervise daily activities of cash posting and collections teams to ensure timely follow-ups, accurate appeals submissions, and prompt cash postings.

Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities across payors, performing root cause analysis to enhance collections and revenue cycle performance.

KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to manage team performance and ensure productivity and quality targets are met.

Monthly Reporting: Provide insightful reports on outstanding accounts receivable by region and payor.

Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Operations to identify, escalate, and resolve cash posting and collection issues.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with other revenue cycle leaders to improve efficiency and performance across the entire department.

Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organization.

Qualifications

Education: College degree is preferred.

Management Experience: Minimum of five (5) years' management experience in a healthcare organization required.

Revenue Cycle Experience: Minimum of two (2) years' management experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations required.

Billing & Collections: Healthcare billing (professional or institutional) and collections experience required.

Systems Implementation: Experience implementing healthcare billing and collections systems and utilizing advanced reporting tools preferred.
