In the role of Accounting Assistant, we'll count on you to:
  • Assist in setting up new projects in Pronto/EBS. This includes accurate contract documentation, administration, and maintenance, including fee and budget entry.
  • Assist with client invoicing and collections management.
  • Assist in reviewing Supplier/Subconsultant invoices, performing work confirmation to validate invoices.
  • Assist with and help coordinate the completion of the QMS documents.
  • Organize project documents and create and maintain paper and electronic files.
  • Assist multiple project managers and staff on a daily basis.
  • Working within HDR's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Communicating results to financial management.
  • Performing special projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

This is an on-site office position.

Due to client contract requirements, US citizenship or Permanent Resident Status (Greencard holder) is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled or graduated from an undergraduate or graduate accounting, finance, or closely related program.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years completed towards a degree with a 3.0 GPA
  • Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail, manage multiple projects independently
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position is $46,000 - $69,000 and depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
