Operations Coordinator - PRN - Mc Murray, PA

• 2+ years direct related experience in a corporate/administration environment preferred.
• Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite of solutions.
• Ability at intermediate level with such systems as Teams, SurveyMonkey, Smartsheet, Zoom, SharePoint and the ability to pick up new technology quickly.

Merakey is seeking an Executive Operations Coordinator, PRN to join our Adult Behavioral Health (ABH) team. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support across the department, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality in service delivery. The Executive Operations Coordinator is a key partner to leadership, helping drive operational excellence and positive outcomes for the individuals and communities we serve.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate daily operations and administrative functions for the Adult Behavioral Health leadership team.
• Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and communications to ensure department efficiency.
• Support project management by tracking deadlines, action items, and deliverables across the division.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior leadership review.
• Serve as a central point of contact between leadership, staff, and internal departments to streamline workflows.
