This critical role is responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end executive search lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence and superior experience for senior-level candidates, interviewers, and organizational leaders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate executive presence, project management capabilities, and a deep commitment to confidentiality and stakeholder engagement, thereby advancing Duke Health's mission to attract and retain top-tier executive talent. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Management * Executive Search Leadership: Oversee and direct all phases of executive recruitment operations-from requisition initiation through executive onboarding-ensuring seamless resume screening, shortlisting, management of complex schedules, stakeholder meetings, and talent assessments at the highest organizational levels. Analytical and Administrative Support * Confidential Information Stewardship: Act as a trusted steward of highly sensitive executive search information, maintaining strict confidentiality and professional discretion throughout all communications and interactions. Knowledge & Skills * Demonstrated excellence in organizational leadership, complex task management, and strategic prioritization. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required with significant relevant experience.
