Scale AI is seeking a highly capable IT Support Engineer to join our Public Sector IT team and deliver exceptional technical support across a secure, fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll be the frontline expert helping employees stay productive, troubleshooting issues, resolving requests, and keeping our systems running smoothly with a strong security-first mindset. You'll support day-to-day operations, assist with onboarding and offboarding, manage SaaS and endpoint configurations, and ensure employees have the tools and access they need to do their best work. As part of a small, high-impact team, you'll also help improve processes, maintain clean documentation, and contribute to ensuring reliable technical infrastructure. Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training.
