You'll be trusted to independently execute complex switching, grounding, testing, and troubleshooting activities while working with advanced electrical and digital control systems.

How you'll make an impact

• Maintain and repair highvoltage substation equipment
• Perform independent highvoltage switching and grounding
• Conduct electrical testing to NETA standards
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
• Operate and support digital control and power transfer systems
• Interpret oneline diagrams, schematics, and wiring drawings
• Support commissioning, maintenance, and outage activities
• Champion safety and ensure compliance with NFPA 70E and site rules

Your background

• 10+ years of handson substation maintenance experience
• NETA Level II+ or NICET Level II+ certification
• NFPA 70E qualification
• Proven experience with arcflash PPE, testing equipment, and grounding plans
• Comfort working full time on site, with occasional weekend work
• Technical training, trade school, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience
