Program Finance Analyst
Overview
Responsible for tracking and analyzing financial performance against plan for development and manufacturing programs . Work in collaboration with Project Scheduler to determine earned value metrics. Responsible for contract planning, budgeting, and reporting of cost and schedule.
Essential Functions
* Collect / report actual contract costs to the program manager and customer as required.
* Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) duties including baseline planning, tracking performance, identifying variances and developing corrective actions with the cognizant Cost Account Managers.
* Provide regular financial analyses and forecasts to ensure alignment with program goals.
* Develop and maintain Comprehensive Estimates at Completion (CEAC).
* Create Cost and Software Data Report (CSDR) in accordance with the CSDR plan
* Creates Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS)/CWBS dictionary, per the requirements of MIL-STD-881D and conform to the Customer-approved CSDR Plan for the contract and DD Form 2794.
* Work with Customer Contractor Cost Working Group Integrated Product Team (CWIPT) to ensure all reporting requirements can be met.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables, conditional formatting, and creating charts from a data set).
* Prior Cost Account Management / EVMS/ Financial analysis experience
* Solid written, presentation and communication skills.
* BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant major and 5-10 years of direct experience.
* Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
* Familiarity with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), ANSI-748-D Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New Jersey is $105,000 - $135,000 Annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, and internal consistency.
