Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator for
RHS Counseling & Psych Services.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Provides confidential, executive-level support and program coordination to the Director of CAPS and assistance to CAPS Leadership team.
- Coordinates all onboarding and off boarding staffing activities for CAPS staff and Doctoral Interns.
- Oversees completion of initial application and maintenance of clinical privileging documentation for all CAPS clinical staff.
- Acts as departmental liaison with internal and external departments, including Human Resources, Information Technology, and Marketing, Facilities, Payroll and other campus partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensures compliance with and distribution of University and CAPS policies to all staff, maintains records of staff, meetings and archives of CAPS data.
- Provides overall coordination and oversight for activities and budgets related to purchases and professional development for all CAPS staff.

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two (2) years of relevant experience in a program coordination or administrative function that includes coordination of work; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
