Position Summary Odyssey Systems is seeking a Senior Human Resources Administrative Support Professional to provide direct support to the AFLCMC/HN Front Office (FOG) at Hanscom AFB. This role supports senior civilian and military leadership across the Directorate by managing training programs, military personnel actions, career field development, award cycles, VML coordination, and the execution of HR-related administrative functions. The selected candidate will serve as a senior advisor on military personnel processes, training management, and Directorate-level HR operations. Responsibilities In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter. Duties include, but not limited to: Training Management
Utilize and manage enterprise training systems such as ETMS and MyLearning for government civilians, military members, and contractors.
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Must have an Active Secret Clearance Education: Bachelor's Degree Years of Experience: 10 years of experience as a Unit Training Manager or Military Administrator, Minimum of 3 years in a DoD environment Preferred Qualifications Education: Master's Degree Technical Skills
