*** An active Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust is required for consideration. *** Cherokee Federal is seeking a mid-level Data Engineer to support the design, development, and maintenance of SQL-centric data pipelines and ETL workflows within a healthcare-focused federal environment. This role is best suited for a hands-on data engineer who enjoys working deeply in relational databases, building reliable ETL processes, and supporting reporting and analytics teams. This is not a greenfield, big-data, or ML engineering role. The emphasis is on data quality, SQL development, ETL execution, and supporting downstream reporting needs in a stable, mission-driven environment. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Data Engineer: $90-120k Pay commensurate with experience.
