Responsibilities Reporting directly to the AVP Indirect Lending, Dealership Account Managers are responsible for the establishment, maintenance, training, and management of the dealer network which includes monitoring ongoing dealer performance such as production, application quality, delinquency, losses, profitability, etc. Submits market reports to AVP Indirect Lending regarding his/her area of responsibility in a timely manner. Interfacing directly with all dealer personnel; training dealers on all aspects of our indirect lending program; informing dealers of policy, procedures, and price changes; making recommendations for pricing/program changes. Acting as a liaison between dealership partners and all Grow departments/branches to ensure superior sales and service standards. Is responsible for meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) established by management. This position will service Northeast Virginia (Fredericksburg, Arlington, Manassas & surrounding areas) and Southern Maryland. Qualifications REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
