Clinical Trainer - AllHealth Network

Location: Denver Metro Area & Estes Park, CO

Salary Range: $72,000 - $80,000/year

Schedule: Full-time, primarily in-person training

What You'll Do

  • Deliver In-Person Training: 65% of your time will be spent leading in-person engaging, interactive sessions for clinical and medical staff.
  • Champion Documentation: Be the gold-star example of our documentation standards - accuracy, clarity, and compliance are your trademarks.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work with leaders, subject matter experts, and your L&D teammates to assess needs, design custom learning solutions, and support agency-wide initiatives.
  • Travel: Visit all AllHealth Network sites across Denver Metro and Estes Park to deliver training and build relationships.
  • Model Excellence: Champion of our values - modeling AHN's culture and professionalism for new employees during orientation and beyond, inspiring excellence across teams and projects.


What We're Looking For

  • Education: Master's degree in behavioral health, adult learning/education, or related field.
  • Licensure: Professional behavioral health license required (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.).
  • Experience: At least 5 years in behavioral health and 2 years developing/delivering training.
  • Skills:

    • Energized by teaching and facilitating groups
    • Outstanding communication, organization, and presentation skills
    • Deep knowledge of adult learning best practices
    • Tech-savvy with, AV equipment, MS Office, SmartCare, and Relias
    • Self-starter, problem solver, and relationship builder
