Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and creative Technical Training Engineer to help design and deliver impactful learning experiences for our customers and internal teams. This entry-level role is for an individual with up to three years of experience who is passionate about instructional design, technical education, and data-driven improvement. You will be responsible for coaching subject matter experts (SMEs) in the creation of course outlines for both online training modules and live instruction. You will guide SMEs in structuring content effectively based on adult learning principles, helping them translate complex technical concepts into engaging, learner-friendly formats. Alongside coaching, you will develop training content that fits the unique needs of each of our platforms, making sure it's engaging and impactful for the audience. You will also assist in publishing training materials by editing video and audio content supplied by SMEs, and manage course production by posting and organizing files on our learning management system (LMS). Your work will directly support customer success, product adoption, and internal enablement. Requirements/Qualifications:
