Talent Acquisition Systems & Reporting Specialist (Remote)

Innovative Renal Care is hiring a Talent Acquisition Systems & Reporting Specialist to support our national recruiting team. This role is fully remote and focuses on Phenom systems support, data reporting, and operational tasks that help the TA team make informed decisions. If you enjoy working with data, solving system issues, and improving workflow consistency, this role is a strong fit.

What You Will Do

• Pull daily, weekly, and monthly reports from the Phenom ATS and CRM.
• Export and prepare datasets for analysis using Excel pivot tables and basic formulas.
• Build and update reporting templates that track TA metrics and performance trends.
• Support TA leadership by providing accurate reporting that informs strategy and decision-making.
• Manage Phenom support tickets, track progress, and escalate issues when needed.
• Troubleshoot system errors, posting issues, and workflow problems.
• Review system release updates, test new features, and communicate relevant changes to the team.
• Support recruiters by answering routine system-related questions.
• Help update SOPs and process checklists as workflows evolve.
• Assist with job posting audits, offer-letter preparation, and light sourcing tasks.

What You Bring

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR operations, HR coordination, or similar data-focused support roles.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic data cleaning.
• Comfort navigating ATS or CRM platforms, ideally Phenom.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions clearly.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, especially with data.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
