Job Summary:
The Football Alumni Relations Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing initiatives that strengthen relationships between the football program and its alumni. This position serves as the primary liaison between former football student-athletes, coaches, and the current football staff and current student-athletes, fostering a lifelong connection that supports the program's goals, traditions, and community presence. This position will work alongside the alumni relations department and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the football program and athletics department goals are met.
Wisconsin Athletics, Football Compensation:The minimum starting salary is $72,000, but may be negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. More Benefits information can be found at https://hr.wisc.edu/benefits/ Required Qualifications:- At least 2 years of experience in alumni relations, athletic administration, event planning, or related field - Must be knowledgeable of the rules and regulations governing the NCAA and B1G conference - Proven organizational and event planning/management skills - Proficiency with social media and digital marketing tools - Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints - Effective oral and written communication skills - Ability to work evenings and weekends, and travel as needed Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in collegiate or professional football programs Education:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field How to Apply:To ensure full consideration, please submit your completed application no later than 11:55 p.m. CST on the apply by date.
