The Role:

Entegris is seeking a Manager of Digital Learning to focus on Digital Business Transformation training in either our Bedford, MA or Chaska, MN locations. In this role, you will shape how our organization learns, adapts, and thrives in a digital-first world. You'll design and deliver a curriculum that empowers employees with the skills and mindset needed for digital leadership, transformation, data strategy, and emerging technologies. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with subject matter experts, change leaders, and digital leaders to build a culture of continuous learning and digital fluency.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement a scalable, future-ready digital training program aligned with business transformation goals.

  • Oversee a Digital Learning Specialist and guide the creation of engaging learning content, including videos and interactive modules.

  • Conduct learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend the most effective instructional strategies and technologies.

  • Develop and source high-quality digital learning experiences-online courses, microlearning, toolkits, and more.

  • Select and implement delivery methods that maximize learner engagement, accessibility, and retention.

  • Partner with internal SMEs to co-create relevant, impactful training content.

  • Evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance data.

  • Ensure all learning initiatives meet quality standards and reflect the latest in adult learning and digital education trends.

  • Drive a framework for training efforts within our Digital Transformation projects, supporting our Change Management Team.

What We Seek:

  • Bachelors degree in related field with 7+ years of experience in training strategy, instructional design, or digital learning

  • Proven ability to lead learning initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment

  • Strong background in adult learning principles and digital education

  • Experience managing or mentoring team members

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience creating video-based learning content

  • Background in IT, digital transformation, or technology training

  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and digital adoption strategies

  • Compensation: $130,000.00-$170,000.00 a year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
