SCHEDULE: Days, 40/hrs week, other hours including evenings and weekend based on the needs of the department / agency with hybrid work environment. Position located in Norfolk. Requirements Must-Haves (Required Experience and Education) Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related Human Services field REQUIRED. Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is required. Compliance Knowledge: Proven ability to ensure program delivery is in compliance with regulatory requirements. Bonus Points (Preferred Skills) Certification: Prior experience with or the ability to obtain Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) certification may be required based on state regulations. Setting Experience: Previous experience working within an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IID or ICF-MR) setting is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
