What You'll Do:
As a Senior Therapy Service Associate, you'll be a vital part of our therapy team, supporting patients of all ages-from newborns to adults-on their journey to recovery. You'll help prepare patients for therapy, assist with cutting-edge equipment and procedures (like casting and orthotic fabrication), and even operate cool tech like VR systems and 2D cameras!
You'll also:
* Guide patients through warm-ups and cool-downs
* Provide hands-on support during therapy sessions
* Help therapists with documentation and patient education
* Manage specialty supplies for programs like Sports Therapy and Ortho Hand
* Collaborate with a wide range of professionals-from physicians to child life specialists
* Learn new techniques and contribute to improving our systems

What You Bring:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support (clinical or office setting)
* CPR/BLS certification

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Hourly Range: $18.44 to $27.67
