Job Description	ECU Department of Joyner Library Services is currently seeking several Student Technicians. Description: Provide technical support to students, faculty and staff at the Technology & Printing Services desk located on the first floor of Joyner Library. Duties: (Primary Duty) Assist ECU students, faculty and staff with technology-related issues. These issues include, but are not limited to printing support, onboarding personal devices to the campus Wi-Fi network, assistance with basic software and hardware questions. Processing and printing poster requests. Other duties as assigned. Hours: 15-20/week Wage: $10.00/ hour (Undergraduate); $14.00/hour (Graduate)
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)	Qualifications: Candidates must have good communication skills. This position requires effective and clear communication with department staff as well as ECU students, faculty and staff who use the library. Familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat, and basic printing knowledge. Candidates must be able to maintain an organized shared work environment. Candidates must be in good academic standing with East Carolina University.
