Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and technically driven Senior Substation Project Engineer to lead and support the engineering and design of medium to high-voltage substations (13kV-500kV). This is a key technical leadership role, where you'll take ownership of electrical and physical substation design, oversee project execution, and collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in substation design, project engineering, and engineering team coordination - playing a critical role in delivering safe, innovative, and cost-effective solutions for utility, renewable, and industrial clients. Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
