Job Description: Microchip's Analog Hi Rel and RF Solutions (HRR) and Hi Rel Solutions (HRS) Business Unit delivers one of the industry's most comprehensive portfolios of power discrete semiconductor products. Our solutions support a wide range of end markets, including space, defense, commercial aviation, communications, power systems, and security. The product engineering team in Lawrence, MA, is looking for an innovative, solutions-driven engineer, to help shape and support our power electronics portfolio-today and into the future. Become part of a team backed by world-class foundries, assembly operations, test facilities, and broad manufacturing resources. This position is responsible for partnering with semiconductor foundry, test, and manufacturing engineers to drive yield and quality improvements, reduce costs, and collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to qualify materials and electronic packages.
