Your Impact: Precision & Production

You are responsible for the daily setup, operation, and recovery of all AV equipment, providing elite technical support to our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Event Execution: Expertly set up audio-visual equipment according to Banquet Event Order (BEO) specifications, ensuring every function is ready on time.
  • Technical Support: Act as the primary on-site technician for clients and guests, troubleshooting issues and providing "friendly-tech" solutions in real-time.
  • Quality Assurance: Walk through meeting rooms before guest arrival to verify equipment functionality and aesthetic "resort-ready" presentation.
  • Operational Maintenance: Assist the AV Manager with preventative maintenance of equipment and maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace.
  • Logistics & Recovery: Lead the "strike" and recovery of equipment post-event, ensuring all inventory is accounted for and stored correctly.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Catering, Banquets, and Resort staff to ensure seamless event transitions.


What You Bring to the Team



  • Experience: Proven experience in audio-visual services, live event production, or setup is required.
  • Technical Mindset: Proficient in operating sound boards, projectors, lighting, and integrated AV systems.
  • Creative Problem Solving: A "think-on-your-feet" approach to technical challenges and a pride in high-end service presentation.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays to support resort demand.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written English skills; a team player who can coordinate across various departments.
  • Requirements: High School Diploma (or equivalent); valid Driver's License with a satisfactory MVR for resort insurability.
