Your Impact: Service in Motion

You will manage the flow of our front entrance, ensuring that guest vehicles and luggage are handled with the utmost care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Precision Parking: Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, navigating our valet lots with total professionalism.
  • The "Heavy Lifting": Assist guests with luggage, golf clubs, and coolers, transporting items to and from guest rooms with a smile.
  • Front Drive Ambassador: Manage traffic flow at the entrance, give clear directions, and provide reliable information about resort amenities and the local area.
  • Check-In Support: Help guide guests through the check-in process and handle various room deliveries as requested.
  • Property Stewardship: Maintain a 4-Diamond appearance by keeping the front entrance, valet office, parking lots, and bell carts clean and organized.
  • Poise & Awareness: Maintain professional composure during high-volume peaks and stay fully informed on resort schedules and promotions.


What You Bring to the Team



  • The Energy: An outgoing, pleasant personality with a "Team-Player" spirit. You must be able to run or move quickly to provide prompt service.
  • Professionalism: Neat in appearance and well-groomed, with exceptional communication skills and great telephone etiquette.
  • Physicality: Ability to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, work in various outdoor temperatures, and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Requirements:


    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory MVR for insurance purposes.
    • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
    • Ability to follow all resort safety rules and uniform standards (including slip-resistant black running shoes).
