The Sales Enablement function within Global Revenue Operations provides sales teams with the tools, resources, and training required to optimize performance and drive revenue growth. This position is responsible for leading onboarding initiatives, overseeing content operations, and developing AI-enhanced enablement programs designed to accelerate learning, improve sales effectiveness, and ensure consistent execution.
About the role - you will:
Primary Purpose:
- Support and enhance the global sales onboarding process.
- Develop structured learning pathways tailored by sales role/profile
- Curate and manage comprehensive enablement content libraries, including playbooks, presentations, and training materials.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., M365 Copilot, CoPilot Studio, ChatGPT) to create, personalize, and maintain enablement assets.
- Design and deliver modular training programs to support the execution of AI strategy and enablement initiatives for GTM.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align enablement materials with go-to-market strategies. * Utilize automation strategies to govern and apply to the role in managing data, content, and training within the Microsoft 365 and web-based platforms.
Core Responsibilities: 1. AI Content Creation & Governance
- Develop AI-driven content featuring scenarios, prompts, outputs, and usage guidelines.
- Maintain a prompt library aligned with sales processes and leadership use cases.
- Transform recordings and transcripts into concise briefs and micro-learning resources.
- Establish governance over AI-generated content tagging, including version control, review schedules, NDA labelling, and archival processes.
2. Training Design & Facilitation
- Partner with the Training & Development Lead to create modular curricula (both live and on-demand) incorporating exercises, facilitator notes, and assessment rubrics.
- Assemble facilitator toolkits (guides, presentations, handouts, checklists) to support consistent global program delivery.
- Support and execute impactful sessions and office hours; publish follow-up materials post-session.
- Maintain an enablement portal with intuitive navigation and clear entry points for users.
3. Onboarding & Field Enablement
- Launch and refine onboarding programs based on participant feedback.
- Manage session structure, logistical planning, and content for enablement tracks.
- Coordinate presenter readiness and facilitate seamless experiences for attendees.
About you:
- Extensive experience in sales enablement, training, or GTM field related scope (preferably in B2B technology).
- Proven experience utilizing M365 Copilot or generative AI tools for content development and workflow automation.
- Background in instructional design and proficiency in delivering live training to global audiences.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and enablement solutions (e.g., Saleshood, Salesforce, Seismic, Learn365).
Your experience includes:
- Experience managing large-scale field events and facilitator networks.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable field content.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $66,000 - $94,000. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
