Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a Strategy & Execution Leader to partner with senior leadership in driving strategic priorities and operational excellence for the North America Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). This role will shape and execute go-to-market strategies, optimize sales operations, and ensure alignment across channel, territory planning, finance, operations, and enablement teams.

You will act as a trusted advisor to the NA ISG Vice President, influencing decisions that accelerate growth and improve execution. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role-not administrative-requiring exceptional business acumen, leadership presence, and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development & Execution
    • Collaborate with Sales leadership to define and implement territory and account planning strategies.
    • Drive channel strategy and execution to maximize partner engagement and revenue growth.
    • Align priorities with L&D enablement teams to ensure readiness and capability building.
  • Operational Leadership
    • Partner with Operations, Finance, and Alliances to set and operationalize NA ISG priorities.
    • Establish and maintain a business management system for tracking KPIs, win wires, and strategic initiatives.
    • Lead governance processes for planning, performance reviews, and execution tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Serve as a key liaison between NA ISG leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate strategic projects across sales, marketing, product, and partner ecosystems.
    • Support executive communications, presentations, and critical business reviews.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, sales leadership, or operations within the technology sector.
  • Expertise in operational tools (ERP, Power BI) and project management methodologies (Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Ability to travel 30%

  • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize insights and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in channel strategy and sales enablement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a collaborative mindset.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trusted relationships
  • Proven ability to execute complex initiatives across multiple regions and functions.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
