About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and people-centered Field Operations Trainer to support our growing Field Support team. This trainer will spend approximately 75% of their time facilitating impactful, engaging virtual trainings for Field Support professionals, with the remaining 25% dedicated to program improvement, curriculum feedback, and personal growth.

You'll be at the front lines of how we train and develop our support advisors, making sure they're not only technically sharp, but confident, connected, and empowered to deliver excellent support in the field.

What You'll Do:

  • Training Facilitation (75%):

    • Deliver engaging, high-energy virtual and hybrid training sessions for Field Support employees
    • Facilitate onboarding sessions, uptraining, and SOP refreshers, tailored to different learning styles
    • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to participants during training and post-training check-ins
    • Use existing curriculum while flexing for learner engagement, technical clarity, and retention
    • Collaborate with the Sr. Training Coordinator and Field Support leadership to track learner progress and readiness

  • Program Improvement & Team Development (25%):

    • Provide feedback on curriculum effectiveness and help suggest improvements to training materials
    • Stay close to Field Support operations and systems to keep training content aligned with real-world workflows
    • Participate in regular calibrations with other trainers and program owners to ensure consistent delivery standards
    • Contribute to training team initiatives such as onboarding documentation, learner experience enhancements, and culture-building efforts
    • Commit to personal and professional development through feedback, self-assessment, and upskilling

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years experience in a facilitation, coaching, or team training environment
  • Strong virtual facilitation and presence: clear communication, energy, and adaptability
  • Understanding of the Field Support role or a related field/technical support environment is a plus
  • High emotional intelligence, especially in reading learner needs and adjusting in real time
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced growth: this role is a mix of structure and scrappiness
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, LMS platforms, etc. is a bonus

Team Values:

You'll thrive on our team if you:

  • Are collaborative and love creating alongside others
  • Embrace feedback as a gift, giving it with care, receiving it with openness
  • Are equal parts high-accountability and high-care
  • Love to laugh, share wins, and bring energy and positivity to your team
  • Are committed to measurable impact and always thinking, "How can this be better?"

Why This Role Matters:

This is a critical training position that supports the growth and operational excellence of our Field Support organization. The person in this role will be shaping the daily experience of new and existing Field Support team members, ensuring they have the tools, confidence, and clarity to thrive.
