Description

Leidos is seeking an Associate Contracts Analyst to play a key role on the Corporate Compliance and Operations Team. This position reports directly to the Director of Contracts Compliance. The successful candidate will utilize their existing skills to develop expertise in Corporate Entity Management and learn key Contracts Compliance competencies required for a federal contractor.

Primary Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Corporate Director of Contracts Compliance:

  • Administer Leidos federal procurement systems profiles and registrations for all Leidos legal entities to include setting up new System for Award Management (SAM) registrations, ensuring existing SAM registration renewals are completed timely, and updating details related to SAM registrations as needed.
  • Compiling data from the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS).
  • Administer various customer systems to include resetting user accounts, clearing blocked transactions, and tracking subscription fees and payments.
  • Coordinate with senior leaders to Complete annual customer Representations and Certifications and assist Contract Administrators with questions regarding contract-specific Representations and Certifications.
  • Maintain Corporate Contracts Data on the Leidos Contracts Intranet and collecting relevant content from other functions.
  • Work directly with the Contracts Business Process and Sector Contracts teams on annual Service Contract Reporting and other related compliance reporting.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with less than 2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency with standard office-management software (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • High motivation and results-oriented work ethic in fast paced work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Systems.
  • Experience in Federal contracting environment.
