In the role of Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

  • Be in the office from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday at the front desk to greet employees and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, deliver messages, and distribute mail.
  • Maintain reception, conference rooms, and other common area spaces and ensure that they are tidy and welcoming.
  • Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and events for staff members, including ordering food for office meetings and gatherings.
  • Maintain inventory of office and breakroom supplies and restock as needed.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including rental car requests.
  • Complete word processing, including letters, memos, reports, and labels.
  • Type, proofread, revise, print, and bind materials such as general correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and numerical data.
  • Support our HR team with general onboarding duties for new team members.
  • Prepare and maintain confidential and sensitive records, files, and reports.
  • Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a professional office environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
