Professionals receiving a doctoral degree in psychology should be capable of extending psychological knowledge and exhibiting the high level of analytic skills and theoretical understanding needed to use existing and emerging psychological knowledge. |

GSAPP).
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Serves as a liaison to Ticket Holders in the Social Security Administration's Ticket to Work Program, enrolled as beneficiaries in the Employment Network division of the RCAAS.
- Recruits and manages a caseload of 25-50 neurodivergent job seekers, advocating for employment and supporting their employment goals through the RCAAS Employment Network.

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field and at least two (2) years of experience working with individuals with disabilities; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably neurodivergent populations, with experience in community-based employment supports.
- Experience with employment networks or supported employment programs.
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and neurodiversity.

Immunization Requirements
Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
